As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will oversee a caseload of complex adult care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery while supporting carers, nurses and wider multidisciplinary teams.

The Role
- Manage a caseload of adult complex care packages across Northamptonshire.
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments.
- Conduct clinical supervision, competency assessments and spot checks.
- Support the mobilisation of new care packages and service users.
- Liaise with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Provide clinical oversight for individuals with complex healthcare needs including tracheostomy care, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.
- Support safeguarding, incident investigations and clinical governance processes.
- Ensure care delivery remains compliant with CQC standards and organisational policies.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Previous experience within complex care, community nursing, ICU, HDU or a related clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management and safeguarding.
- Experience completing assessments, care planning and clinical supervision.
- To be successful as an Adult Clinical Lead, you will have a passion for delivering high-quality community-based complex care services and developing clinical teams.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Northamptonshire.
