Previous management experience within adult or paediatric community complex care is essential. The service is already delivering a significant volume of care and is commercially performing well. The priority for the incoming manager will be to strengthen operational delivery, develop client relationships, support the existing team and help drive the next phase of growth. You will lead an established operational team, develop strong relationships with clients and families, oversee service performance and ensure the branch continues to meet quality, commercial and regulatory expectations. You will also play a key part in identifying opportunities for sustainable growth while maintaining high standards across existing care packages. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the complex care branch Manage and develop Client Managers, Care Coordinators and administrative support Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively Drive improvements in client experience and service quality Monitor care hours, staffing and service performance Support the mobilisation and development of new care packages Maintain strong governance and regulatory standards Work closely with clinical and senior operational colleagues Identify opportunities to grow adult and paediatric complex care services About You To be considered for this Registered Branch Manager position, you must have previous management experience within community complex care, supporting either adults, children or both.
