Operations Manager | Care Homes Circa £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus Location: North East Are you a successful Care Home Manager ready to move into a wider operational role? Or an experienced multi-site leader looking to make a real impact within a growing care provider? We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Operations Manager to support a portfolio of care homes, working closely with Home Managers to improve performance, grow occupancy and deliver an excellent resident experience. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing business, combining commercial focus with a genuine commitment to high-quality care. The role Support and challenge Home Managers to deliver strong operational performance. Drive occupancy growth through focused action plans and commercially informed decisions. Identify opportunities for improvement and work alongside home teams to deliver results. Promote high standards of care and a positive experience for residents. Provide practical, hands-on leadership across the portfolio.About you A successful track record as a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager or multi-site operational leader. Strong commercial awareness and evidence of improving occupancy. The confidence to hold managers accountable while providing constructive support. A proactive, operationally focused approach and the ambition to grow with the business.
