Package & Benefits
- Salary of £38,000 per annum.
- 40 hours per week across a 7-day rota.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional nights where required.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight of the service alongside the Registered Manager.

- Support compliance, audits, staff supervision, and partnership working with families and healthcare professionals.
About You
- Active NMC registration as an RMN with 4 to 5 years’ nursing experience.

- Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager.
