Looking for a part-time role where you'll make a real difference every day? As Part-Time Office Manager with Leaders in Care and Fintelligent Search, you'll join two specialist recruitment businesses recognised as The Times Best Places to Work for four consecutive years . You'll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting our leadership team and helping maintain the positive, collaborative culture we're proud of. Whether you've worked as an Office Manager , Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator, you'll find a varied position with genuine opportunities to develop.

This role is worked across five days each week, with hours agreed to suit both you and the business. We can offer flexibility around start and finish times for the right person, while ensuring appropriate cover during our core business hours. As your experience grows, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in HR initiatives, operational improvements and wider business projects.

Package & Benefits

  • Salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, pro rata.
  • Part-time role worked across five days per week, with flexible hours to be agreed.
  • Private healthcare after six months, with the option to add partners and dependants at significantly reduced rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Support Directors with administration, reporting and recruitment processes while working closely with Finance and Compliance.
  • Coordinate office facilities, suppliers and company events while identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
  • Provide broad business support and contribute to HR and operational projects as the role develops.

About You

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager , Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator or in a similar business support position.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple administrative priorities within a busy commercial environment.
