We are working with a well-established occupational health provider seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join their growing team. This is a varied field-based role, supporting the delivery of health surveillance services across a range of client sites.
This position would suit someone with previous experience in occupational health who is confident working independently, enjoys travel, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
The role:
- Travel to client sites and operate a fully equipped Mobile Medical Unit.
- Carry out health surveillance assessments including audiometry, lung function testing, drug and alcohol testing, and baseline measurements.
- Set up and maintain mobile clinics to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Prepare, check and stock equipment for site-based visits.
- Support the wider occupational health team with clinical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in line with data protection requirements.
- Liaise professionally with clients, internal teams and external contacts.
- Stay away overnight on occasion, where required and fully covered by the business.
What we are looking for:
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Previous experience as an Occupational Health Technician.
- Willingness to travel regularly to different sites.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.
- Strong IT and administration skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- A flexible, proactive and professional approach.
