This is a pivotal frontline role at the point of referral, where your decisions shape the direction of intervention and support for vulnerable children and families. Working in a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), you’ll work closely with professionals from health, education, police, and early help services to gather information, make informed decisions, and ensure appropriate safeguarding responses. The team also covers initial assessments and short-term interventions, with clear handovers to longer-term teams when needed.
