This Clinical Lead RMN role provides senior clinical oversight across community-based mental health packages, predominantly CAMHS, with a small adult caseload. As a Clinical Lead RMN, you will lead on clinical governance, risk management, and quality, supporting safe and effective care delivery.
You will join one of the UK’s leading complex care providers, delivering over 50,000 hours of care per week nationally, with a strong focus on clinical standards and service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical oversight of CAMHS-focused community mental health packages
- Clinical governance, safeguarding, incidents, and CQC readiness
- CAMHS assessments, risk management, and crisis planning
- Supervision, coaching, and competency sign-off for staff
- Liaison with commissioners, ICBs, and multidisciplinary teams
To be successful as a Clinical Lead RMN, you will be an RMN or RNLD with essential CAMHS experience, bringing a strong background in community mental health and clinical leadership.
