As a Senior Paediatric Staff Nurse, you will:
- Lead, support, and mentor junior nurses.
- Deliver and evaluate holistic care plans for children with complex needs.
- Step up to lead the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.
- Drive quality improvement through audits and clinical governance.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
