Role Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership in quality, risk, patient experience, and safety initiatives
- Develop and implement policies aligning with national standards
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
- Manage clinical and non-clinical risks, overseeing incidents and complaints
- Champion patient safety initiatives and gather feedback for service improvement
- Facilitate training programmes for staff on quality and risk management
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to align with broader safety agendas
- Annual salary up to £66,900 (DOE)

The ideal Patient Safety, Experience, Risk and Quality Lead Nurse will have:
- Current nursing registration with NMC and a relevant Master's qualification
