Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the care team to provide safe, person-centred care.
  • Monitor residents’ health, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.
  • Assist the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee clinical skills including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and wound management.
  • Support induction and ongoing supervision of staff.
