Are you an experienced RGN or RMN Nurse with a proven background as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager? Do you have experience turning around failing nursing homes, improving CQC outcomes, and stabilising underperforming services? We are working with a large nursing home in Liverpool that is seeking an experienced Interim Clinical Turnaround Manager to support the current manager in addressing operational and clinical challenges within the service. This is a hands-on, high-impact interim assignment for a leader who can step in, build confidence, and drive real improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Support the existing manager to stabilise the service
  • Lead turnaround activity in a large nursing home

  • Support the service through regulatory challenges

Qualifications:

  • RGN or RMN qualification
  • Experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
  • A strong track record of turning around failing or underperforming services
  • Experience working in large nursing homes
  • Knowledge of CQC standards, compliance, and quality improvement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with existing management teams
  • Local knowledge of the Liverpool area and availability to work on-site
