The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a bespoke children’s service where care is genuinely person-centred, and clinical excellence is at the heart of everything. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will deliver hands-on, high-quality care within a specialist setting, working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding, person-centred care
- Supporting complex clinical needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support and seizure management
- Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and MDT
- Updating and reviewing care plans
- Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a Paediatric Nurse (RSCN) with an active NMC PIN
- Have experience in complex care or Paediatric ICU
- Be competent in tracheostomy care, ventilator care
