Our client, Surrey-based, is seeking a Speech and Language Therapy Lead to join their state-of-the-art Care and Rehab. As the Speech and Language Therapy Lead, you will: Lead and manage a specialist team of Speech and Language Therapists. Provide high-quality assessments and interventions for clients with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Oversee the development of therapy services and ensure clinical excellence. Conduct mental capacity assessments and advocate for clients. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external agencies. Manage performance, appraisals, and recruitment within the SLT department.
