We are recruiting for a Community Nurse to join one of the UK’s leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering high-quality treatments to patients in their own homes across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Community Nurse, you’ll manage your own caseload while delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care within the community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
  • Managing a caseload of approximately 4-5 patients per day
  • Providing education and ongoing support to patients and their families
  • Working closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and high professional standards
