This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN, Community Nurse or Complex Care Nurse looking for greater autonomy, hybrid working and long-term clinical progression.
As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight of adults with complex healthcare needs in their own homes, working closely with families, case managers and multidisciplinary teams.
The role combines clinical leadership, assessments, governance, training and service development within a growing community complex care provider.

The organisation supports adults with high-acuity healthcare needs to remain safely and independently within their own homes, with a strong focus on clinical quality and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of 8–10 adult complex care packages across Norfolk and Suffolk.
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments and structured reviews.
- Support the mobilisation and ongoing management of complex community care packages.
- Deliver clinical training and competency sign-off for Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
- Work closely with families, case managers, commissioners, ICBs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead on safeguarding, clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement as an Adult Clinical Lead.
About You
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Minimum three years’ UK adult complex care or community nursing experience.
- Recent experience supporting high-acuity needs including tracheostomy and ventilation care.
- Strong assessment, care planning, clinical governance and competency sign-off experience.
- Previous senior nurse or Adult Clinical Lead experience within community complex care is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling across Norfolk and Suffolk.
