As an Interim Operations Support Manager, you will work closely with Home Managers and the wider regional team, combining operational oversight with hands-on support. This role is ideal for an experienced care leader or Regional Support Manager ready to strengthen leadership capability and drive consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams.
  • Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.

About You

Significant experience in adult social care within a multi-site or senior leadership role. Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement.
