We are working with a large Residential Care Home in Liverpool that requires an experienced Interim Turnaround Manager to support the existing leadership team and drive significant operational improvement. This is a hands-on assignment for a results-driven leader who can quickly assess challenges, implement improvement plans, and create a positive culture that delivers sustainable change.
The Opportunity
As the Interim Residential Care Home Turnaround Manager, you will work alongside the existing management team to identify areas requiring improvement and deliver a structured turnaround plan. - Experience managing large residential care homes.
- Demonstrable success in improving occupancy, staffing stability, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
- Available for Immediately. Availability to work on-site in Liverpool.
