As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will: Lead a team to provide exceptional nursing care for adults living with complex needs arising from severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and autism spectrum disorder. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and drive occupancy levels. Develop and shape the service within a state-of-the-art facility. Oversee recruitment, team development, and performance management. Collaborate with external stakeholders and manage financial aspects.Package and Benefits: The Registered Care Home Manager will receive: Annual salary of £55,000.
