Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a background in complex care?
We're recruiting for both full-time and part-time Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with highly complex clinical needs in Teignmouth (TQ14).
Working within a specialist complex care service, you'll provide high-quality, one-to-one support, helping people with advanced clinical needs live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible in their own homes.
If you have experience supporting individuals with tracheostomies and ventilators, this is an excellent opportunity to join a provider committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care.
- Support individuals with complex healthcare needs in their own homes.
- Provide care for people requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily living activities.
- Monitor and accurately document changes in condition.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Promote dignity, independence and choice at every opportunity.
What We're Looking For: To be considered, you'll need
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Complex Care Assistant or Support Worker.
- Essential experience supporting individuals with complex clinical needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator care.
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
