This role is all about supporting and developing a nursing and carer workforce through clinical practice and educational pathways. This is a fantastic opportunity with a salary of up to £75,000. The Group Head of Training will: Lead the development of training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents. Manage a team of practice educators delivering face-to-face clinical training. Develop and deliver patient-specific training sessions. Participate in regular audits to evaluate training effectiveness. Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with department heads.
