The Group Head of Training will: Lead the development of training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents. Manage a team of practice educators delivering face-to-face clinical training. Develop and deliver patient-specific training sessions. Participate in regular audits to evaluate training effectiveness. Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with department heads. At least 2 years’ post-registration experience in a similar role. Ability to develop face-to-face clinical training for care staff. Skills to deliver patient-specific training sessions. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
