We are working with established, GP-owned medical centre groups across Australia, offering a supportive, doctor-led model focused on high-quality clinical care, strong team culture, and reduced administrative burden. About the opportunity Our partner organisations operate across major Australian cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide, as well as regional and coastal locations. Key features of available opportunities may include: GP-owned and clinically led practice groups Strong nursing, admin, and allied health support Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time) Complete billing and clinical autonomy (location dependent) Opportunities to develop special clinical interests (e.g. skin, travel medicine, procedures) Modern systems and digital tools to support documentation and workflow efficiencySupport for overseas GPs For internationally trained GPs, support may include: Visa sponsorship (subject to eligibility) Registration and AHPRA guidance Relocation support packages (role dependent) Structured onboarding into the Australian healthcare system CPD and professional development support (including RACGP-accredited training pathways)Registration pathways There are established pathways for UK-trained GPs to gain recognition in Australia, including specialist and competent authority routes depending on individual experience and qualifications.
