Seeking a new challenge in London to close the year out?
We are currently working with multiple highly rated councils London, for experienced social workers to join established Safeguarding services across the city.
In these roles, depending on your preference you\’ll manage a mixed caseload of short term and / or long term work, keeping your weeks fresh and varied and the chance to further well round your skillset within frontline children\’s social work, or choose the area you most want to develop in.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive council that really aims to provide a relaxed team atmosphere for their social workers. This is done through opportunities for flexible hybrid working, meaning you can plan your schedule and won’t be limited to working in the office all week, which will allow you to manage your time in a way that suits you. You can also expect regular supervision and extra support to ensure each case is given the time it needs.
