Are you looking for a stable contract in the ever changing world of Adult Social Care? You’ll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with colleagues across Adult Social Care, health, housing and community services to achieve positive outcomes for adults with complex needs. What’s on Offer?   Flexible/Hybrid Working Competitive hourly rate: up to £40 per hour. 36 hours per week. Locum contract with the opportunity to contribute to a new and developing service. Weekly check-ins and ongoing support throughout your placement. Key Responsibilities   Complete strengths-based assessments for adults with complex needs. Develop person-centred support plans that promote independence and positive outcomes. Manage safeguarding concerns, risk assessments and complex casework. Apply the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and relevant safeguarding legislation in day-to-day practice. Work with adults experiencing mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and other complex circumstances. Work closely with health, housing, voluntary-sector and community partners. Requirements To be considered for this position, you must:   Hold a recognised Social Work qualification. Have current Social Work England registration. Have relevant experience within Adult Social Care. Possess sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and adult safeguarding procedures. Interested?
