We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Health & Social Care to support a growing care provider across Sussex, helping attract and retain high-quality care professionals across both supported living and domiciliary care services.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of recruitment across domiciliary care and supported living services, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains exceptional care professionals. You will work closely with operational managers to understand workforce requirements, manage recruitment campaigns and ensure services remain safely staffed while supporting continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit Care Assistants, Support Workers and Senior Support Workers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals and social media.
- Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
- Build talent pipelines for future growth.
- Support recruitment events and local attraction campaigns.
- Work closely with operational managers and service leaders.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and staffing requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Previous recruitment experience within domiciliary care, supported living or homecare is essential.
- Strong understanding of care sector recruitment challenges.
- Experience recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers.
- Confident managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven and commercially aware.
- Organised, proactive and self-motivated.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
