You’ll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with colleagues across Adult Social Care, health, housing and community services to achieve positive outcomes for adults with complex needs.

- Locum contract with the opportunity to contribute to a new and developing service.
- Weekly check-ins and ongoing support throughout your placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete strengths-based assessments for adults with complex needs.
- Develop person-centred support plans that promote independence and positive outcomes.
- Manage safeguarding concerns, risk assessments and complex casework.
- Apply the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and relevant safeguarding legislation in day-to-day practice.
- Work with adults experiencing mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and other complex circumstances.
- Work closely with health, housing, voluntary-sector and community partners.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Have current Social Work England registration.
- Have relevant experience within Adult Social Care.
- Possess sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and adult safeguarding procedures.
