Leaders in Care are seeking an experienced MASH/IAA Social Worker to join a North Wales Front Door service, screening and assessing referrals within the MASH/IAA framework to support safeguarding decisions and early intervention.

You will collaborate with Police, Health and Education, benefit from regular supervision and reflective practice, and enjoy hybrid working.

The role requires 3+ years post-qualification experience and knowledge of the Wales Act.

Up to Β£40 per hour outside IR35.
