Are you an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about making a real difference in patients\β lives? Our client β a leading and rapidly growing healthcare provider β is looking for a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality renal and peritoneal dialysis care in patients\β homes in the North London catchment area. This comes with an attractive salary of Β£40,800, paid mileage and other amazing benefits!
You will be working 5 days a week, starting at either 7am or 1pm, no nights and working weekends on rotation. Enjoy 31 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and an additional day off for your birthday, private pension, car scheme and extra bonuses.
Our client is a dynamic healthcare company focused on delivering exceptional services in both home and clinical settings. You will be caring for renal and dialysis patients in their own homes in the Essex area.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Patients with their Peritoneal Dialysis (PD).
- Provide safe nursing care, including Peritoneal Dialysis, IV medication administration, and more.
- Setting up patients automated PD machines.
- Visiting patients to connect and disconnect them from their PD.
- Monitoring of observations such as blood pressure and weight to ensure patient receives correct regime.
- Providing peritoneal catheter site care and dressing changes.
- Keeping the environment tidy and safe, stock replenishment, waste removal.
- Contacting referring PD units where their intervention or advice is required.
- Supporting both Adult & Paediatric patients in their own homes.

Ideal Candidate
- Current NMC qualifications as a Registered General Nurse or Children\βs Nurse.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- A valid driving license and flexibility to travel.
- Community experience is desirable.
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
