As a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Tissue Viability, you will: Provide expert guidance and support to nursing teams caring for children with skin conditions and tissue viability needs. Lead and coordinate patient care, ensuring the best interests of the child and family. Advocate for children and young people undergoing dermatology treatments. Develop and participate in patient clinical pathways for skin condition treatments. Collaborate with dermatology consultants to set care standards for patients. Train and develop the nursing team in dermatology and tissue viability care.
