Leaders In Care is recruiting a Deputy Home Manager (RGN/RMN) for a not-for-profit care home in East Grinstead. You will work alongside the Home Manager to provide clinical leadership across the service and support nursing teams to maintain high standards of care.

Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN) is essential; you will lead on clinical governance, develop registered nurses, and deputise for the Home Manager when needed.
