The Role
- You will be responsible for safeguarding children and supporting families through:
- Child in Need (CIN) work
- Child Protection (CP) planning and intervention
- Long-term safeguarding and support
- Multi-agency partnership working
- Assessments and care planning
- Court work is minimal, allowing you to focus on direct practice and relationship-based social work.
