Social Workers within the Children With Disabilities Team support children and adolescents facing severe or significant challenges such as learning disabilities, physical limitations, sensory impairments, or profound communication barriers.

You will collaborate with various agencies, particularly in the healthcare sector. Your role involves responding to new referrals promptly and ensuring effective initial interventions, while also nurturing enduring relationships with families to support their aspirations. This position specializes in providing assistance to children requiring ongoing care.

Your work will be purpose-driven, with a confident handling of associated risks. The team is well-equipped to facilitate timely operations while allowing ample room for reflection—reflection being key to social work practice.
