Leaders in Care are currently working with a Local Authority in Merseyside who are looking for an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) to join their Children's Services team. As an Independent Reviewing Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of services provided to looked after children and young people. You will chair reviews, monitor care planning, challenge practice where necessary, and work collaboratively with social workers, managers, children, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.
