Are you an experienced Complex Care Manager ready to lead and grow a specialist community service? We are seeking a driven and clinically aware Branch Manager to oversee a growing Complex Care service, supporting individuals with spinal injuries, brain injuries, ventilator care needs, tracheostomies, and other high-acuity requirements within their own homes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a specialist branch with strong operational support and real scope for growth.
The Role- Lead the day-to-day operations of a Complex Care branch
- Ensure safe delivery of high-acuity care packages in the community
- Maintain full CQC compliance and clinical governance standards
- Build strong relationships with ICBs, case managers and commissioners
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical oversight
- Recruit, develop and retain specialist care teams
- Drive branch growth, hours and performance
- Experience managing Complex Care packages (e.g. spinal injury, ABI, tracheostomy, ventilated clients)
- Background as a Branch Manager, Registered Manager or Complex Care Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC and safeguarding frameworks
- Commercial awareness with experience growing a service
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum
