We're looking for an experienced Extra Care Scheme Manager to oversee a well‑established service in Liskeard, leading a dedicated team and ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred support that enables them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing care team
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Extra Care scheme
- Ensure safe, effective and person-centred care delivery
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and workforce planning
- Maintain excellent standards of CQC compliance and quality
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and local partners
