Shape a new national schools service as Senior Principal Educational Psychologist, combining strategic leadership with meaningful work across education, SEND and neurodiversity.
This role offers the scope of an Educational Psychology Lead position, with genuine influence over service design and delivery.
As Senior Principal Educational Psychologist, you will have autonomy to build a multidisciplinary team, develop inclusive practice and strengthen support for schools, children and families through a flexible hybrid model.
Package & Benefits
- £65,000 to £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working with flexible core hours of 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.
- 25 days’ annual leave plus birthday leave, rising to 28 days after one year and 30 days after three years, plus bank holidays.
- 5% employee and 5% employer pension contributions.
