We are recruiting a Clinical Lead - Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) to join one of the UK’s leading complex care providers, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across services in Bedfordshire. This is a stable, Monday-Friday leadership role (no shifts or weekends), supporting services in and around Stagsden, Bridge End, Biddenham and Bromham. The role is suitable for candidates living within a 30-40 minute commute.
Role
As Clinical Lead - Complex Care (Learning Disabilities), you will provide hands-on clinical and operational leadership across complex care services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities including Autism and Cerebral Palsy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20-30 staff
- Provide strong clinical oversight and governance
- Ensure care delivery meets CQC standards and best practice
- Oversee care planning, audits, and risk assessments
- Work closely with MDTs, families, and internal stakeholders
Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RNLD or RGN) with valid NMC registration
- Strong management experience is essential
- Extensive experience supporting people with learning disabilities
- Background in complex care, community, or residential settings
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
