Are you a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity in a supportive care environment? We are currently recruiting for two Nursing roles - one Day Nurse and one Night Nurse - within a well-established residential nursing setting. Our nursing and care teams play a vital role in delivering outstanding care, ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and supported, while providing reassurance to their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care needs
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with NMC guidelines
- Complete and maintain accurate care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Safely administer and record prescribed medication
- Maintain the highest standards of professional integrity at all times
- Support, supervise, and guide junior and newly appointed staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Attend mandatory training and contribute to continuous improvement within the service
About You
- Registered Nurse RGN (NMC registered)
- Compassionate, professional, and committed to person-centred care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Shares values of dignity, respect, accountability, and integrity
- Previous experience in a care home setting is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, values, and commitment to providing excellent care.
