I'm recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a luxury 62-bed residential care home with a Good CQC rating and an outstanding 10/10 review score.

Working alongside an experienced Registered Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the home, supporting your team, maintaining high standards of care and helping to drive the service forward.

This is an opportunity to join a provider that's genuinely invested in quality, values its leadership team and offers clear opportunities for long-term career progression.

What's on Offer?

  • Salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 40-hour permanent contract
  • Monday-Friday working pattern
  • Complimentary freshly prepared lunches
  • Monthly workplace massage
  • Free onsite parking
  • Company pension
  • 24/7 GP access
  • Employee recognition and reward programmes

  • Genuine opportunities to progress within a growing organisation

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home continues to deliver exceptional standards of care, compliance and resident experience.

You'll be involved in:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of the home
  • Leading, motivating and developing the care team
  • Maintaining CQC compliance and high-quality standards
  • Overseeing audits, governance and continuous improvement
  • Supporting care planning, assessments and resident wellbeing
  • Building strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
  • Promoting a positive, supportive culture throughout the home

About You

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within an elderly residential or nursing care home
  • A proven track record of leading and developing care teams
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care

A current NMC PIN would be advantageous, but I'm equally keen to hear from experienced non-registered Deputy Managers with a strong background in elderly care leadership.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted to lead, supported to develop and recognised for the difference you make, I'd love to tell you more.
