We are searching for an Adult Nurse Manager to join an award-winning community complex care provider in Wolverhampton. This opportunity comes with an excellent salary of up to £50,000 p/a, sociable working hours, excellent opportunities for further training & development and more excellent benefits.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs. You will be joining a highly-regarded, growing team that is tailored to ensure they provide the highest standards of clinical care.
As an Adult Nurse Manager you will:
- Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
- Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
- Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
- Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
- Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families
Criteria to apply for this position:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care
- Full UK driving licence
- Have a prior background in a leadership role within community complex care
- Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance
