Your Role:
- Lead and conduct safeguarding assessments for adults at risk, including cases of exploitation, abuse, or neglect.
- Develop and implement long-term support plans to protect vulnerable adults and improve their outcomes.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external agencies, and community services to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
- Mentor and support junior social workers, promoting best practice and professional development within the team.
- Use your analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills to manage complex cases and make confident recommendations.
- Contribute to improving adult safeguarding policies, processes, and outcomes across the service.

What We Need:
- You must hold a Social Work Qualification and be registered with SWE.
- Significant experience in adult safeguarding, particularly with adults at risk, exploitation, or long-term complex cases.
- Previous leadership or senior-level experience is highly desirable.
