We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy Occupational Health provider, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join one of their London clinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role with occasional local travel to nearby client sites.

Role Overview: You will work alongside a friendly, professional clinic team delivering a full range of occupational health services to a varied client base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Case management assessments and management referrals
  • Health surveillance: spirometry, audiometry, HAVS
  • Vaccinations in line with the Green Book
  • Drug and alcohol screening
  • DSE and workplace health assessments
  • Supporting wellbeing clinics and health promotion initiatives
  • Autonomous clinical decision-making and referrals
  • Managing vaccines, drugs, and medical stock safely
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and GDPR compliance
  • Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team and supporting junior staff
  • Participating in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives

Person Specification:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
  • Minimum 2 years Occupational Health experience
  • Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, and vaccinations
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
