Are you an experienced Registered Manager, Service Manager, Home Manager or Supported Living Manager looking for your next opportunity in adult social care?
We are recruiting a compassionate, commercially aware and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a specialist 12-bed residential service in Pontefract, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a well-established, CQC-regulated service with a Good CQC rating, leading a committed team and making a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support.
The role As the Registered Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant day-to-day running of the service. You will lead by example, develop your team and ensure consistently high-quality, person-centred care.
You will work closely with senior leadership while having the autonomy to lead the service, drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people supported.
Salary and benefits: Salary up to £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
