Clinical Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead Nursing Home (30 Beds) Salary: £45,000 £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Ready to take the next step in your clinical leadership career? We're recruiting for a passionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to join a well-established 30-bed nursing home that has recently enjoyed significant success.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse and clinical leader who is ready to take on greater responsibility, support the day-to-day clinical management of the home, and play a key role in maintaining and developing high standards of care.
You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider senior leadership team, helping to lead the clinical team, support staff development, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
If you're an experienced Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse, or Nurse with strong leadership experience looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
