If you're an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) with a background in complex care, ICU, HDU or community nursing, this is an opportunity to develop your leadership skills while continuing to make a genuine difference to people's lives.
As an Adult Clinical Lead, you'll take ownership of your own clinical caseload, provide expert guidance to frontline teams and ensure outstanding, person-centred care is delivered across the community.
Package & Benefits
Salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
No weekends, bank holidays or night shifts.
Hybrid community-based role with paid mileage.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of adults with complex healthcare needs, completing clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments.
Deliver clinical supervision, competency assessments and practical training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers. xgikmsk
Lead package mobilisations and provide ongoing clinical leadership for adults with tracheostomies, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and other complex healthcare needs.
Work collaboratively with families, ICBs, Case Managers, Social Services and multi
