This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established nursing team within a premium elderly care setting, combining hands-on clinical leadership with governance, quality improvement and people management.
You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred nursing care while continuing to develop and support your own team.
