Are you a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within complex community care?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established specialist healthcare provider with an excellent reputation across Adult and Paediatric Complex Care, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Supported Living and Community Crisis services.
As the organisation enters an exciting phase of growth, they're investing in their Business Development team and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of expansion.
Offering a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 plus a generous bonus scheme, this is an office-based role with regular travel to meet commissioners, Local Authorities, ICBs, NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) teams, Case Management companies and other key stakeholders to secure new business and develop long-term partnerships.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop relationships with commissioners, ICBs, CHC teams, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Case Management companies.
Win new business across Adult and Paediatric Complex Care, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Supported Living and Community Crisis services.
Lead presentations, commercial negotiations, tenders and commissioner meetings.
Build and manage a strong pipeline, consistently delivering against ambitious growth targets.
Work with operational and clinical teams to ensure the successful mobilisation of new services. xgikmsk
Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences and industry forums.
