About the Company
You'll be joining a specialist provider of live-in complex care, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, and other long-term healthcare needs in their own homes. The organisation is committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care while empowering its leaders to drive innovation, maintain outstanding clinical standards, and continuously improve outcomes for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold CQC Registered Manager responsibility for the service, ensuring full regulatory compliance and outstanding clinical governance
- Lead a specialist team delivering high-quality care to six complex clinical clients while maintaining oversight of a further 35 care packages
- Manage, support, and develop three Care Managers, a Training Manager, and an Audit Administrator
- Complete client assessments, oversee care planning, clinical reviews, safeguarding, and quality assurance
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams while driving continuous improvement across the service
- Support the strategic growth of the business while maintaining exceptional standards of care
About You
- Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager is highly desirable
- Strong background within complex care, ideally supporting adults with neurological conditions or spinal injuries
- Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams and developing high-performing services
- Comfortable travelling nationwide to support clients and operational requirements
