We are recruiting for an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) to support a specialist children's complex care package in Chichester. This is a rare opportunity to work with a high-quality provider delivering bespoke, person-centred care to a 15-year-old within a 4:1 support model. This position offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to provide high-level governance and oversight within a premium complex care setting.
The Role
As the Responsible Individual (RI), you will oversee the quality, compliance and safeguarding of a single high-acuity package, ensuring the service operates in line with Ofsted regulations and best practice standards. This is a part-time contract (4 days per month), ideal for experienced RIs or senior leaders seeking a flexible consultancy-style role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Responsible Individual (RI), ensuring full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide oversight of care quality, safeguarding, risk and governance within a 4:1 complex care package.
- Support and challenge the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
- Review care plans, risk assessments and other relevant documentation.
