Are you an experienced care home manager looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager Care Homes in the North West. You’ll be overseeing five care homes in the region, ensuring quality service and exceeding company and CQC requirements. As the Regional Manager Care Homes, you will earn £60,000 plus car allowance £7200pa. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor and support home managers, and play a key role in improving services in our client’s nursing and residential homes. Our client is a reputable provider of care homes, both nursing and residential for older people, across the North West. They are committed to delivering an excellent service and continuously improving their standards to exceed company and CQC requirements. As the Regional Manager Care Homes, your responsibilities will include: Line management of 5 care homes and home managers within the North West region. Working in partnership with your line manager to support care home managers. Conducting audits and supporting home managers with all aspects of service within the homes.
